It started with a promise to my daughter.

I watched my daughter, Zoe, struggle with dry patches and scratch until she was frustrated. As her mother, it hurt to see her so uncomfortable.

We tried different creams and lotions, but I kept searching for the lasting moisture I wanted for her. One day, I told her, ‘I’m going to find you something, even if I have to learn how to make it myself.’

Once those words came out of my mouth, I knew I had to follow through. I had made my baby a promise.

Learning to make lotion meant I could choose each ingredient and understand what I was putting on her skin. With every decision, I kept coming back to Zoe and the care I wanted for her.

I started with shea butter, looking for the rich moisture her dry skin needed, and chose lavender essential oil for that first formula. That first lotion became part of our routine, and we still use it today.

I never planned to start a business. My plan was to help my baby. She was at the heart of every ingredient I chose and everything I was learning.

That’s how Denny Cozmetics was born.

Today, that same thoughtful approach goes into our small-batch body lotions for dry, sensitive-feeling skin.

A mother’s love runs deep. That’s where our story began.
